Dear NWCHP members and friends,

 

At the beginning of 2006, we wish you all the best including a great health. NWCHP is honored to have Dr. Nancy Mach to give us a seminar on health issues, specifically on “Nutrition & Supplements to Feel Great & Prevent Disease”. The topics Dr. Mach will cover are:

1) Longevity studies: how do you live until 100 years old?
2) What diseases do most people die from?
3) What foods to eat to prevent the most common diseases?
4) Which supplements to take to prevent the most common diseases?

 

Dr. Nancy Mach is a naturopathic physician. She received her
clinical training and Doctorate in Naturopathic
Medicine from Bastyr University in 2002. She currently
has a private practice in Lincoln Center in Bellevue.
Her specialties include nutritional counseling and

allergy treatments.
